User Registration & Account

Users must provide accurate and complete information while registering.

The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for activities performed through their account.

Users should immediately inform Kiran Dairy ERP if they believe their account has been accessed without authorization.

Authorized Use

Customers may create accounts for authorized employees, operators, accountants, administrators, society personnel, or other approved users according to the permissions available within the software.

Cancellation & Refund

Whether payments are refundable, partially refundable, or non-refundable should be determined by the plan/order terms and applicable law.

Any approved refund will be processed according to the original payment method and applicable payment-provider procedures.

Customer Data Ownership

Business data entered into Kiran Dairy ERP by the customer remains the customer's data, subject to applicable agreements and law.

Examples include farmer records, society records, milk collection entries, milk quality information, payment records, dispatch records, stock records, sales records, and accounting information.

Kiran Dairy ERP does not acquire ownership of customer business data merely because the information is stored or processed through the software.

Data Privacy & Security

Rate Calculation & Payments

Kiran Dairy ERP may calculate milk rates, bonuses, commissions, deductions, incentives, payments, and settlements based on rate charts and configurations maintained within the system.

Customers are responsible for verifying their rate charts, formulas, configuration, and payment calculations before making final payments.

Third-Party Devices & Integrations

Kiran Dairy ERP may integrate with third-party hardware and services such as milk analyzers, weighing machines, printers, SMS services, WhatsApp services, email providers, payment gateways, accounting systems, APIs, and other equipment.

Availability and performance of third-party products and services may depend upon their respective providers.

Kiran Dairy ERP cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party systems outside its reasonable control.

Software Availability

We aim to provide reliable software availability; however, uninterrupted operation cannot always be guaranteed.

Temporary interruption may occur because of maintenance, upgrades, internet connectivity, server issues, third-party services, security events, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Where practicable, planned maintenance may be communicated to affected customers.

Backup & Data Recovery

Depending on the purchased service, Kiran Dairy ERP may maintain backups and recovery mechanisms.

Customers should nevertheless maintain appropriate copies or exports of business-critical information where practical.

Backup retention and recovery availability may vary depending upon the subscription or hosting arrangement.

Reports & Financial Information

The software may generate reports such as collection registers, farmer ledgers, payment registers, stock reports, sales reports, accounting reports, trial balances, profit and loss statements, and MIS reports.

These reports depend on the underlying data and configuration.

Customers should verify financial, statutory, tax, and accounting reports with appropriately qualified professionals before relying on them for regulatory filings or material financial decisions.

Intellectual Property

The Kiran Dairy ERP software, website, source code, designs, interfaces, documentation, trademarks, logos, graphics, reports/templates supplied by us, and other proprietary materials remain the intellectual property of their respective owner(s).

Purchasing a subscription provides the customer with a right to use the software according to the applicable plan or agreement. It does not transfer ownership of the software or source code unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Prohibited Activities

Users must not use Kiran Dairy ERP for unlawful activities; unauthorized access; fraudulent transactions; intentionally incorrect records; distributing malware; disrupting servers or networks; copying or reselling the software without authorization; or attempting to circumvent security or access restrictions.

Violation of these conditions may result in suspension or termination of access.

Support & Maintenance

Support may be provided through available support channels such as phone, email, online support, remote assistance, or support tickets.

Support hours, response times, maintenance, training, and priority support may vary depending upon the customer's subscription or service agreement.

Account Suspension & Termination

Kiran Dairy ERP may suspend or terminate access in circumstances including material violation of these Terms, non-payment, fraudulent activity, security risks, misuse of services, or where suspension is required by law.

Where appropriate and legally permissible, reasonable notice may be provided before termination.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kiran Dairy ERP and its service provider will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the software.

Any limitation or exclusion of liability remains subject to rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

The precise liability cap should be specified in your customer agreement or subscription contract after legal review.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions will be governed by the applicable laws of India.

Subject to applicable law and any mandatory dispute-resolution requirements, disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction specified in the applicable customer agreement.

If you intend to use Jaipur, Rajasthan as the exclusive jurisdiction, have your lawyer confirm the appropriate wording before publishing it.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

Kiran Dairy ERP may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes in services, business practices, legal requirements, or security requirements.

The latest version will be published on the website with its effective or last-updated date.
